Stop stressing and start living. It's not just a catchy phrase, it’s Andre Dunand’s philosophy, his blueprint, and his daily reminder that joy isn't a luxury; it's a right. And with Stay Tranquilo, Andre's mission is clear: help others, especially Latinos, reclaim that joy, one podcast, conversation, experience, or cafecito at a time.
Andre’s story starts where a lot of good Miami stories do: with family, culture, and the kind of hustle that only comes from growing up Cuban in a city that runs on ritmo and resilience. With salsa playing in the background and wisdom from his abuelos never far off, Andre learned early that life isn’t just about the grind, it’s about the disfrute (enjoyment), too.
“Growing up Cubano taught me what it meant to not only work hard, but also disfrutar la vida,” he says. That duality, between ambition and joy, became his compass. And it’s exactly what drives everything he’s building with Stay Tranquilo.

But sometimes you need to lose your way to remember who you are. When Andre's parents divorced during college, it sent him searching for meaning, for identity, for something real to hold onto. It was in that moment of uncertainty that he circled back to what his family had always known: that peace isn’t earned, it’s claimed. “Through much soul searching, Stay Tranquilo was born.”
Before going full-time on Stay Tranquilo, Andre spent nearly a decade in marketing, working with KIND Snacks, HyperFocus ROI, and beyond, learning how brands capture hearts and wallets. He was good at it, but something was missing. “That time helped me understand what makes people care,” Andre reflects. “But I also saw what was missing—culturally relevant content that speaks to people, not at them.”

That insight sparked a movement. Andre began creating content not to chase trends but to build culture. Stay Tranquilo isn’t your typical media brand, it’s a lifestyle built around the way people actually live: wellness, travel, sports, hospitality, and personal growth. “We don’t push content to drive views,” Andre says. “We push content to drive a way of living. We’re here to make people feel something. Whether it’s a laugh, a breakthrough, or just the reminder to breathe.”
The approach works. Stay Tranquilo is part media company, part community builder, and part lifestyle brand, all rooted in one mission: to help people stress less and enjoy life more. Through a mix of original podcasts, video series, events, and curated experiences, the brand brings its message to life across multiple touch points.
Stay Tranquilo’s content features voices you don’t always hear, from former NFL players reflecting on gratitude, Fortune 500 CEOs sharing real talk, or Latina entrepreneurs breaking barriers. They’ve hosted panels at the NFL Draft, built partnerships across industries, and recently opened Casa Stay Tranquilo, a creative HQ in Miami that feels more like a cultural hub to create and hang than a corporate office or your typical studio.

“Seeing the logo on the wall, the art, the vibe—it’s surreal,” Andre says. But it hasn’t been without pressure. “People don’t realize, as an entrepreneur, you’re responsible for payroll, marketing decisions, capital expenditure, protecting the company, and so much more.” When the weight gets heavy, he returns to his por qué. “Always go back to your why. Remember why you started.”
Most people scroll past inspirational quotes and forget them by dinner. Andre built a business and lifestyle around one: “Align your deepest passion to meet the world’s deepest needs.” He saw how stress was draining the joy from people’s lives, including his own, and set out to change that.

Next up? Network expansion, high-end talent, and a capital raise that’ll power the next chapter. But no matter how big Stay Tranquilo grows, it stays grounded in Cuban and Latino values, Miami flavor, and the radical belief that peace isn’t a dream. It’s a way of life.
Because in the world Andre Dunand is building, la vida es mejor when we stay tranquilo. Joy isn’t optional. It’s the goal.
